I’m here to show you that belly laughs are beautiful. I’m here to unleash your inner dorkiness, and capture the beautiful in-between: your authentic joy bubbling forth, effervescent. I’m here to catch you in your happy place.

“Being photographed is awkward, right?” says the photographer (that’s me).

Hold up, say what?

Yep, it’s totally not a normal thing to be in front of someone’s lens, and I get that. During our session, I pull out my metaphorical Mary-Poppins-bag-of-tricks: little things to encourage natural, beautiful movement & closeness. We’re going to be dorky together and that’s okay. I give you my full permission to exercise maximum dorky-ness during our shoot (Heck, even afterward! You go, Glen Coco!).

With that being said, Mama Jean and her three daughters completely blew me away. This family has fully embraced the beautiful belly laugh — for them, it’s a lifestyle. What a joy to capture these stunning, sassy women! Thanks, gals, for embracing your inner dorky-ness! The resulting images…stunning, because of you.
