Can I get a resounding “woot-woot” for these mild winter temps? (Woot, woot!)
Not to harp on last winter, but seriously: This modest snowfall + warmish weather are such a welcome reprieve. With tropical temps in the mid-thirties last weekend, it was perfect for a session in the woods!
Lovely Chelsey, coworker of a former bride, messaged me this fall about her & Zack’s wedding this August. After chit-chatting like old friends over coffee (wayyy beyond Chelsey’s allotted lunch break), we made things official!
Last weekend was the first time I met her fiancé, Zack, and their furry family member, Tucker (Note: I may have won Tucker’s heart with the surprise kibbles stowed in my jacket pocket. Having a three-month old pup at home, I can tell you: EVERY pocket is a kibble reservoir).
So, as with most of my meant-to-be clients, we immediately hit it off, connecting the dots of mutual friends & fave activities in this small-world city of Duluth. Perhaps that’s what I love most about this work — not only serving my couples with handcrafted experiences, but also forging friendships. So, my dear future couples: Don’t be surprised if I ask you to swap friendship bracelets & be snail mail pen pals for life. And that’s a pinky-promise!
