Bailey, the founder of Bailey Aro Photography, is currently booking a select number Elopements, Intimate Weddings, Couple Sessions,
and Boudoir Sessions. 

Chelsea is the Associate Photographer for Bailey Aro Weddings, and has been part of the team for nearly three years. Chelsea is currently booking weddings for 2020! Her couples receive the same dedicated experience that we've become known for over the past ten years. Our photography styles are very similar, which is why Chelsea is such perfect fit!

Together, Bailey & Chelsea have photographed 125+ weddings, always with a heart for true connection, helping couples stay focused on planning a marriage more beautiful than their wedding day!

What is your photography style like?

Light, fun, genuine, and rich with emotion! We strike a beautiful balance between engaging with our clients & providing just the right amount of direction, while also honoring the sacredness of your wedding day. We are hands-on, serving our couples beyond just photography. We love being a go-to resource for our clients! Also, we thrive shooting in the elements & venturing off the beaten path. A sense of adventure is a must!

We're real awkward, can you handle us??

If we had a nickel for every time I heard this! Real talk? Most couples think they're the MOST awkward & un-photogenic humans ever. If you've had an uncomfortable photography experience in the past, we promise you: This will be a whole new experience! We excel at making our clients comfortable -- yes, even the most shy or self-proclaimed "awkward" couples. ;) We like to keep things light, fun, and easy!


Do you travel for weddings?

Yes! Most of our weddings take place in the northwoods of Minnesota & Wisconsin, however, we're available for travel worldwide.

Is an engagement session included?

Chelsea's wedding collections always include an engagement session. 

Bailey is currently booking select weddings & elopements, with engagement session optional.


What about a Second Photographer?

Chelsea's Wedding Collections always include a Second Photographer!

We hand-pick seasoned professional photographers to shoot with us on wedding days, and we're pretty picky about who makes the cut: Our second shooters are personable, professional, super talented, and a delight to be around! 

Bailey's elopement collections include one photographer (Bailey!).


What is your editing style like?

Clean & crisp, with a nod toward timeless film photography. We strive for luminous, natural-looking skin tones, with the hope that your images will remain timeless through the decades!
 

What is your turnaround time?

We always deliver a batch of 10+ sneak peeks within a week of your wedding day, with the full gallery delivered by your one-month anniversary!


How much are your Wedding Collections?

Chelsea's Wedding Collections begin at $3200, with most couples investing between $3500-4000 in their wedding photography.

Bailey is currently booking elopements & intimate weddings (four hours of coverage or less). Elopement Collections begin at $995. Get in touch for current availability!

We offer Engagement & Couple Sessions a la carte, so whether you're newly engaged or celebrating another year of shared adventures, we'd love to capture this part of your story! Email Bailey for details.

To ensure we're a good fit, we meet face-to-face with all of our full-day wedding couples before booking. Your chosen photographer will treat you to their favorite local coffee house, where they'll get to know you better & help you craft a timeline for your day. This is a great way to determine your perfect level of photography coverage, along with establishing a wedding day flow that fits your vision.

During our coffee date, we'll also cover all the details about working with us, along with investment details.

If you're interested in booking an Elopement or Engagement Session-only, there's no need to meet! Simply email Bailey & we can make it official from there.


There are so many talented photographers out there!
What's your best advice for choosing the right one?

First, determine your budget. Second, find several photographers whose work you love who are within your price point. Third, meet with a few
in-person (this is essential for ensuring you're a great fit!). And finally, choose the person whose work makes your heart skip a beat, that you both get along with & can fully trust. Go with your gut!


What is required to book you for our wedding?

For full day weddings, we require a signed contract & $1000 retainer to secure your date. The remaining balance is due one month before the wedding.

For elopements, we require a signed contract & $500 retainer to secure your date, with the remaining due two weeks before your date.

Booking can be done online, and we accept all major credit cards.


Do you offer payment plans?

Absolutely! You're welcome to divide your balance into smaller payments if you wish.


We want to include any or all of the following in our wedding day:
 
Our dog(s), an adventurous hike, craft beer, pie, locally-made goodies.
